Is the Govt righting in having 2 posts, one a senior post and another a junior post in the same pay scale and grade pay? Has any court orders been passed in this regard?

I need your advice . We are a partnership firm & Channnel Partner of Tulip Telecom Limited based at Chandigarh. We source business for Tulip Telecom Limited and they pay fixed percentage of the sourced business. We are not getting our due payouts and company & their officials are doing nothing for our payments. We raised our voice to the MD & CMD of the company and they are also not replying to our mails. Kindly suggest , can Channnel Partner take happiness of these big companies, & where I can raise our voice to protect our interests.

My sister is fighting the case of one sided decree against her filed and taken by her husband in family court allahabad. In given period of time we have restored it and it is going on.
As she live in Nanded maharashtra since last 4 yrs with daughter it is very hard to attend all the case dates.
can we transfer case to nanded ?if yes,what is the procedure?through highcourt allahabad or
can she claim the expenditure of every case date?

I am Shashi. My Father is judge in civil court in Nasik. His salary has crossed the Income limit of 4.5 Lakh per annum from 2011.We do not have any other business income. I looked into a document from www.ncbc.nic.in,and in that document I found O.M.No.36033/5/2004/-Estt. (SCT), dated 14th October, 2004.which has clarifications provided by the government.For my case I looked into the below

The criteria prescribed for determining creamy layer status of sons and daughters of persons in Government service mutatis mutandis applies to the sons and daughters of persons holding equivalent or comparable posts in PSUs, Banks, Insurance Organizations, Universities, etc and also holding equivalent or comparable posts and positions under private employment. The creamy layer status of the sons and daughters of employees of organizations where evaluation of the posts on equivalent or comparable basis has not been made is determined on the basis of 'Income/Wealth Test' given in the chedule. The Income/Wealth Test prescribes that the sons and daughters of persons having gross annual income of Rs.2.5 lakh or above or possessing wealth above the exemption limit as prescribed in the Wealth Tax Act for a period of three consecutive years would be treated to fall in creamy layer. An explanation is given below the Income/Wealth Test which provides that 'income from salaries or agricultural land shall not be clubbed.
10. In regard to clause (x) of Para 4, it is clarified that while applying the Income/Wealth Test to Determine creamy layer status of any candidate as given in Category-VI of the Schedule to the OM, income from the salaries and income from the agricultural land shall not be taken into Account It means that if income from salaries of the parents of any candidate is more than Rs.2.5 Lakh per annum, income from agricultural land is more than Rs 2.5 lakh per annum, but income From other sources is less than Rs 2.5 lakh per annum, the candidate shall not be treated to be Falling in creamy layer on the basis of Income/Wealth Test provided his parent(s) do not possess Wealth above the exemption limit as prescribed in the Wealth Tax Act for a period of three Consecutive years.
Based on the above clarification, I believe that I fall under Non Creamy Layer. But whenever I have visited Taluka office in my town, I am being asked the recent pay slip of my father and saying that PSUs are not covered in creamy layer. according para 3, according to which I am not eligible for OBC Non creamy layer. They are misinterpretation of para 3 and 9.
Could you please guide me on this issue and please let me know If eligible to get the NCL certificate.

After joining on 09.01.12 Unfortunately, I was unable to perform my duty for the post of const.engr. in PSU site near sea shore in Gujarat beyond 11.02.12 due to unavoidable circumstances as Sea shore climate at Dahej, not suitable for my health and accordingly submitted my resignation w.e.f. 11.02.12 without serving notice period of one month during probation of one year.
In mean time, on 19.12.12 I am selected by another PSU and advised to join me with NOC taken from that PSU. Till now, my resignation not accepted and I am submitted my request to that PSU on 04.03.13 for issue of NOC as required to be submitted to I/C of site before reporting to join under another PSU.
Kindly suggest me what will be next legal action to get NOC that PSU HQ –Kolkata at this juncture.
