I was allotted a site in the co-operative housing society in the MIG category. That is to say 267 sq yds. but the actual site is measuring 440 sq Yds. But boundaries are described with the neighboring plot numbers only. There is no mention of measurements any where. The site is under my possession and use  since 28 years.Now I want the deed to be rectified to the actual measurements. How can I get this done?

c].The above acts are taken as perjury or contempt?
d]. If defendants and advocates can be punish under      193ipc / 419 ipc /199 ipc / 200ipc /466ipc.

the respondent(landlord) lied in the district court about his properties in an eviction case , we submitted the proofs that he was lying and won the case in district court. as a result a 340 application was filed against the respondent.

But unluckily we lost in highcourt then in supreme court and now have put a review in the highcourt stating all the facts and showing that the 340 application was running against him.
but the results seem unfortunate.
In the eviction proceeding the court is asking will 340 application have any importance if the highcourt dismiss the case.

please help and support it with some prior judgment so that we can show in the court.

My mother was looking alliances for me, R. Pushyamitran, residing and  working in Delhi.  She learnt about one Mr. Mahesh Kumar, who is running AMMA KALYANA MALAI, in R.S. Puram, Coimbatore.  His complete address

On contacting him, he promised to give details of a suitable girl on payment of his commission after the marriage.  His commission was fixed at Rs. 35000/-.As promised he gave the details of the girl and showed us the photograph. In the next few days he called up the girl to his office and my mother also went there to meet the girl.  The girl was satisfied for me and my mother.  So we agreed upon for the marriage and fixed the marriage date on 8th July 2012 at Muthu Mariamman Kovil  Pookadai, Coimbatore.   Before the marriage my mother wanted to meet her mother.  She has only mother Smt. Ehambareswari.  She lost her father late Sh. Sadhasivam at the age of one and a half year.  After that her mother worked in a primary school in Thanjavur as a teacher.  She is getting her pension. So my mother and her friend’s daughter went to Thanjavur.  Met her in Thanjavur Periya Kovil.  She then took them to meet her mother and chithi.  They were fine and seemed normal and they also agreed for the marriage. Just a day or two before the marriage, as per the deal, the money was given to Sh. Mahesh Kumar.  He got the signatures of my mother and the girl on a written agreement that now onwards he is not concerned in any dispute between us.  

The day before the marriage the girl, her mother and her chithi were to be reached Coimbatore.  On repeated enquiry, she said her mother was suddenly ill and they missed the train and are coming by bus.  My mother and my younger brother were waiting at Coimbatore Singanallur Bus stand till late night  around 2 O’ clock and they reached.  They were made to stay in a lodge and made them to get ready for marriage.

With the help of my cousins, the marriage went off well and on the same day we left for Delhi as myself and my brother had no leave. A reception was also arranged in Delhi on 22nd July 2012 at Sanathan Dharm Mandhir, Janak Puri, New Delhi. ll marriage and reception expenses were borne by us. A To attend that her mother came to Delhi and stayed in our house for four days. She was also satisfied.  At that time she  said that she had been cheated by her inlaws and her younger brother.  Her in laws took away their cultivating land by forgery.  Her jewels which were given to them for safety purpose. Were not returned to her.  Her brother too took away her house at Trichy by forgery.  They own a house in Thanjavur, which is under lease.  They have some plots near Trichy.  These have been purchased after her retirement from her retirement benefit.
We were happy.  She was also behaving well and everything was fine.

In September 2012, She went to Thanjavur just for a month’s stay.  She returned back on October 1st 2012.  On 17th October 2012 she received calls from Thanjavur, her friend Anandhi and her Chithi that her mother met with an accident and they wanted her to come to Thanjavur immediately to take care of her mother.  So she left for Thanjavur on 18th October 2012 by Tamil Nadu Express. 

On reaching Thanjavur, she informed us that her mother is also suffering from heart problem.  The doctor suggested to get angiogram done immediately.  We also helped her finding out the correct hospital.  We asked her to take her mother to a heart hospital in Coimbatore.  After angiogram, the doctors at Coimbatore hospital suggested her to get done By pass surgery.  She was completely upset and on her friend’s suggestion who was in Thanjavur GH took her mother to Chennai and had consultations at Apollo Hospital.  On examining her mother doctor informed her that operation can not be done as her sugar level and salt level are fluctuating, so to take care of her mother till she is alive.  She brought her mother back home at Thanjavur.

Now, she was in touch with me  till 22nd Jan. 2013.  Then her mobile, her mother’s mobile and her chithi’s mobile are switched off till now.  Their mobile numbers are. Her mobile No. is 9786516273. We waited till date we might receive call from her.  But we did not receive any call.  
On January 24th 2013 I suffered from severe PANCREATITIS and was hospitalized from 20 days.  I wanted to convey her the message but her mobile was switched off.

We waited for two months but there was no call from her and her mobile is still remaining switched off.  So now I wanted to take action to trace her out. 

Initially my mother asked some of our relative and friend to look at the address given by her as her residential address i.e. 41/37, Palaya Mariamman Koil Road, East Gate, Thanjavur.  But came to know they had vacated their house.  According to her friend Smt Anandhi, they had moved to a place near Pazhaya Bus stand.  Opposite to that the street behind the shop Jose Alukkas.  But they shifted from there on 31st March, 2013. 

Then my mother gave a complaint on 19.3.2013 in the morning hours  at the Police Station at East Gate, Thanjavur.  They said they will not register the case as there is no address and they would try to help me.  They also could not trace till date.

Then my mother went through the list of numbers dialed from our land line telephone.  The list being provided by Tata indicom along with the bill.  She could trace out some telephone numbers of Thanjavur which the girl has dialed before leaving Delhi.   One number was her friend Smt. Anandhi  9751159219 and the other one was her Chithi’s 9894785650.

On talking to her friend, Smt. Anandhi on 23.3.2013 late evening,  she informed me  that She, Thenmozhi, whom I married,  had cheated us.  Because the girl is already married and has two children.  She is not living with her first husband. She has also not divorced him legally.  He is having a shop in Thanjavur.  She said if I come to Thanjavur, she would show the proof.  She is not graduate and only +2.  Next day  i.e. on 24.3.2013 around 3.40 PM, when I spoke to her, she said why to trouble her.  She would not interfere in my  life.  While my mother contacted her chithi, she said her name some thing else and she is living in some other place etc. Also came to know that there is no such Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in Conoor as stated by her.  This information also false.

Now I want to get the girl and find out the truth and also would like to know the exact situation
