Dear Administrator,
I am writing this to request you to please remove the document - http://indiankanoon.org/doc/708833/. Although the case has been quashed, the mere appearance of such a document on a search engine is prone for economical, personal, and emotional turmoil. I have been selected as the first candidate in Bharat petroleum corporation interview procedure but the second candidate went to high court with writ petition challenging that there should not be two petrol pumps in the radius of 300 mtrs but honorable high court dismissed the writ petition then one of the Indian oil corporation dealer who comes within the radius of 300 mtrs from my proposed site for bpcl.and he got stay from JMFC COURT after six months stay is vacated then i am in the process of taking no objection from various department but the P W D is not issuing noc in this matter what should i do please suggest me

I sincerely request to the site owner to remove the above document (http://indiankanoon.org/doc/9247380/) as it is affecting my private life and is showing me in bad light. I have intiated Legal proceedings regarding removal of all such defamatory remarks and it would be Contempt Of Court on your part to still host this particular article.
If it not removed I will have to initiate legal action against this site owner.

When women go to the police with a complaint against their husband & inlaws(may be false), but the system provides to record that as a criminal complaint and that data adds in to the National Statistics of Crime Against Women. When male goes with a genuine complaint the police at max can record a Non Cognizable offence against the women. That will never reflect in the statistics. Then how will one guage crime against men? Every 100 Suicides in India have 63 Males and 37 Females. Every 100 male suicides have 45 married males, and every 100 women suicides have 25 married Women. Married women suicides have default arrests of the inlaws under presumed dowry death. Married men suicides entitle wife for a 50% share in property. What kind of equality is this ?

Dear Site owner sincerely plead to this site owner or administrator to remove the above
post (i.e http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/806966/) as it shows up on public search engine which very badly interferes with my privacy matters and family.
I know it might be helping someone somewhere but its hampering our family image image.As we were dragged into this case on the false proofs and now we are out of it. Soplease remove it or At least you can change the names& address and then
show the report so that it dose not affect our personal life. I hope the moderator/administrator/owner of this site
understand what i am trying to say. Hoping for the support from you guys.

Section 267 Cr.P.C. deals with issuance of Production Warrants for prisoners being produced before the Criminal Court. It says that the Prisoners can be procured by such warrant for the purpose of an inquiry, trial or other proceeding under the code for the purpose of answering a charge or for the purpose of such proceeding or for giving evidence. Can such procedure be adopted for the purpose of investigation?
