Sir, I am a financial advisor since last 20 years. Some one has done molestation with my daughter in law in year 2009 and I registered FIR against him, in which trial in the court is going on the stage of witness by victim. Accused's brother in law, who is a Orthopadics Doctor having power of money has registered a false case under 419,420,406 IPC on me and my son alleging that he has paid me 10 lacs without any receipt in May 2006 for investing in shares and I denied to returned back the same in August 2011. Police has arrested me on this FIR and bail granted by District Judge after winter vacation 12 days later. For 12 days, I was in jail. Now, I have proceed for FIR quash.
