my company offices are  all over india, regional office from lucknow , uttar pradesh send us wheat that they procured there, as stock transfer to my office at chennai and we submitted form 'f " to them on quaterlely basis instead of monthly basis (april 2006-june-2006), commercial officer accepted the quaterely "F" for the month of april 2006 but insist that regional office produced " f"  form for the month of may-2006 as there was no transfer for the month june -2006. when chennai office contacted commercial tax office they suggested that they need to produce original form /or proof than we can issue new form. but uttar pradesh commercial office refuse to give original "f" form saying that it form part of department , suggest what to do in this case
