The website impinges on personal privacy laws. If it reports cases, it should report all cases to completion, and it does not realise it destroys careers/reputations , often falsesly in the wake.
A case may be made against indiankanoon,org for failing to protect the personal privacy of individual parties and defamation.
What happened to the maxim that nobody is guilty unless proven so?

Court judgments are public records which anyone can distribute.

Indian Kanoon does not pass any judgment of its own. So no one is proven guilty by Indian Kanoon. Only Indian courts can do that.
