Several important cases from Bombay High Court - although market as reportable - have not been reported on IndianKanoon. Particularly, a few very important judgments by Justice DY Chandrachud: Hindustan Lever, Finolex Cables, Shriram Foundries, UTI Mutual Fund, Nishith M. Desai etc. These pertain to both Appellate Side and Original Side. All these are delivered by Chandrachud J in 2012, but are not available on Indiankanoon
