i am looking for some legal advise about two different cases of hindu marriage act. i had gone married in year 2002. after nine years of my marriage i came to know that my wife concealed from me a truth that she was already married to another man and also had a son from him at the time of my marriage. later she filled a petition for divorce and took divorce from his first husband after one year of my marriage. now i filled a case against her under section 11 with 5(i) for declaring the marriage as null and void. she filled another case against me under section 125 for permanent alimony. i want your advise for both cases that what i have to do at now. she also gave birth to a child after my marriage who is now of 7 years.

Your marriage is void. She cannot seek permanent alimony from you. But you may have to maintain the child if it happens to be born out of your co-habitation with her.
