sir, my date of birth as per high school certificate is 20.08.1996 and the marriage is solemnized on 11.05.11 a girl who is mentally ill but not told by her parents. After marriage whithin month of 2 no relation as husband and wife thereafter she filed a suit in december 2011 under section 125 crpc. at present whiat can i do in present case pl. tell us in breef.
