wife filed 125 cr.p.c. petition in the year of 2002.magistrate ordered per month Rs.1500/-in the year 2005. she was filed revision before high court for enhance the maintenance amount. high court also enhance the maintenance amount per month rs.2000/- in the year of 2010. she files 125(3) petition for recovery of arrears amount for eight seperate c.m.p. for each 12 months (from 2002 to 2010) in 2010 very same date.
