In June 2010, a lerned Single Judge of Delhi HC and ruled in favour of school. Later on, in Feb 2012 a Division Bench of Delhi HC has reversed the judgement.

In the meantime, the Central Govt. by notification on 31.01.2012 amended its rule to weed out deadwood.
