Sir, I have purchached Gorakhpur development authority allotted plot (plot is allotted by GDA to Mr. A) from Mr A. Mr A has 2000 sq m plot. he sale it into two part( to me(Mr. B) and Mr. C.). Mr. C had made house on his part of plot but after some time when i go to make House map of my Plot. GDA officer confused me that GDA, gorakhpur one plot cant sale into Two Plot. please help me.
