respected sir, this morning when i tried to open the web i could not able but when i tried it through twitter i am able to connect and informing you, if their is any problem in your side please correct it.  

I too had the problem. But, it works if you remove the "www" from the website.   The address should be
 
              http://indiankanoon.org

Yes. This was a problem. The domain was recently transferred to an Indian registrar. It did not automatically set the DNS entry for www.indiankanoon.org same as indiankanoon.org. I added that manually now. So in two hours after the DNS cache expires, www.indiankanoon.org will be working.
