Sir, I am retired from the (Agricultural) University services as an academic staff on 31-07-2006. As per Government of Maharashtra resolution dated 18-03-2010, we are entitled to get arrears of revised pay scale ( as per Sith Pay Commission ) w.e.f. 01-01-2006. The university has fixed our pension as per new scale in March, 2011 and paid us difference of arrears of pension benefits in April, 2012. We are demanding interest on delayed payment of our arrears. Please give/quote references of judgements/ decision in the similar cases favouring our legitimate demand. Thanks
