Judis has unblocked IK now and the database is getting updated now. It will be updated in a day or so.

The new policy for crawling all websites is to do through one HTTP connection at a time. The time difference between two requests has a mean of 2 seconds and a standard deviation of 2 seconds.

This is mainly to ensure that judis does not have any real reason to complain about Indian Kanoon in future.
