On 18-12-2011 agirl (minor) ran across Highway & dashed with my car. We immediately dideverything & put her in 108 Van & admited her in hospital. For thir own reasons they wanted to claim 3rd party Insurance & requested us & an FIR was lodged forclaim purpose.

I am charged with IPC 277, 337 & 338 and also under M VAct 177 & 184.

Please HELP and advise me how to proceed further. I have already helped them by paying Rs.7100/-by cheq. being 50% ofHos.Bill where I admitted her. They shifted  heron their own risk to anoth hospitalof thie convenience.

I wasarrested & released on Bail through court.Pl.Help
