I am living in Delhi in an Society of 102 flats.  Out of 102 flats, 1 flat is owned by a Muslim lady and remaining 101 are owned by Hindus. They are 2 in the family. Every year on Eid, they used to sacrifice 2/3 goats in the gallery of their flat.    Is it legally allowed in India to cut Goats in the residential area (flat) ?

Please provide us if any Court judgement in this regard ?
