A case was filed against a 13 1/2 yr old boy under sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 307, 504 & 34 on 14 Jan 2006 in a police station. Charge sheet filed in the court on   2 May 10 and the case is still under consideration. The boy has since been recruited in Armed Forces. During verification of character, police authorities have brought out these facts. How serious are these charges( against a minor) and do they reflect an adverse character
