Prayer before Adm tribunal was: to sruck down A5 order of dept rejecting the claim for promotion to next grade,as we were Adhoc in the present grade :CAT struck down this and ordered that the adhock period be regularised with all consiquential benifits:
Dept issued order of regularisation;but did not give grant any other relief; a contempt was filed; Curt is not in a position to do any thing;4to5 adjnments are over.still not knowm about the case.Cout wants a fresh OA to be filed;
This order reached finality with a speaking order from HC&The SLP was not admitted:
