BUILDER WITH ME HAS DONE AGREEMENT( ALLOTEMENT ) DULY SIGN ON BUILDER STANDARD FORMAT HE USED NO STAMP PAPER& REGISTRATION AFTER FULL PAYMENT SALE DEED WAS TO BE DONE REGISTRATION . WE PAID THE ENTIRE AMOUNT BUT HE IS NOW REFUSING AS RATES ARE HIGH .WE WANT TO MOVE COURT CAN THIS AGREEMENT WHICH AWAS TO BE ACTED UPON LATER ON CAN BE PRODUCE AS EVIDENCE AS NO STAMP OF RS 50/100 HAS BEEN DONE.
