Section 58(1) in The Administration Of Evacuee Property Act, 1950
(1) The Administration of Evacuee Property ordinance, 1949 (27 of 1949 ), Hybd. Reg. 12 of 1359 F and the Hyderabad Administration of Evacuee Property Regulation, are hereby repealed.
