After considering the submissions made by the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the instant application, this Court directs the respondent no. 3, being the Block Development Officer, Domkal Block, District - Murshidabad, to cause a thorough enquiry into the matter and file a report in the form of an affidavit on the next date, stating therein as to whether the allegations made in the instant writ petition are correct or not. Let this matter appear for further consideration under the same heading three weeks hence. 2
