At the time of hearing of the matter, learned advocate representing the applicants/writ petitioners informs this Court that during the pendency of the present contempt proceeding, this Court's order dated 28th September, 2011, passed in WP 13744 (W) of 2011, has been complied with. Taking note of the submission made on behalf of the applicants/writ petitioners , this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served in keeping the contempt application pending and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
