It is noticed that the appellant vide his RTI dated 24.11.2010 sought information regarding his FST-I and BSWL-003 marks not having been shown in the Grade Card.

2. The CPIO vide his letter dated 13.12.2010, informed that the marks of FST-I have not been received from the concerned Regional Centre and the same have been sought.

3. The appellant moved the Appellate Authority vide letter dated 20.12.2010. The Appellate Authority had replied vide their letter dated 19.1.2011.

3. Not satisfied with the response, the Appellant filed the present appeal.

4. The PIO submitted that statement of marks of the Appellant were sent to him by speed post dated 25.3.11. The receipt of the speed post is available on their file.

DECISION

5. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. Sd/-
