Protection of railways and canals, docks, wharves and piers.- No person shall, in the generation, transmission, supply or use of energy, in any way injure any railway, 2[ aerodrome], tramway, canal or waterway or any dock, wharf or pier vested in or controlled by a local authority, or obstruct or interfere with the traffic on any railway, 2[ airway], tramway, canal or waterway.
