5 17-08-2012 Perused the office note, dated 16.08.2012. By order, dated 27.06.2012, viscera report was called for from the Forensic Science Laboratory, Muzaffarpur. The In- Charge Director of the office of the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Muzaffarpur, vide letter no. 43/Ga, dated 11.07.2012, informed that in view of the order of the Crime Control Department viscera is received in Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna, hence, a report may be called for form the Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna.

Hence, call for the viscera report from the Forensic Science Laboratory, Patna, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 73 of 2001, which is pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

Put up after receipt of the report.
