Shri Masood Ali, learned counsel for the respondents points out that the respondents 4 and 5 who were impleaded in the writ petition have not been impleaded in the instant MCC. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for adjournment in order to enable him to move an application for amendment in the cause title. As prayed, let the MCC be listed after ensuing summer vacation.
